‘Paradoxical’ can be seen the most commonly used word in a conversation about contradictory and anomalousness. No matter what ‘paradoxical’ is made use of obscure, peculiar or antinomian circumstances, one may acknowledge this term ‘paradox’ pointing a status without certain definition or conclusion via a rather antithetical, denial and illogical quibbling expression or manner of thinking. Crane Gallery holds this event of a salon series with such open attitude to invite divers art and cultural professionals who act as the salon hosts and lead us to explore ‘paradox’ for one night.

Staring from the tale ‘The Pied Piper of Hamelin’ by Robert Browning also the film ‘The Sweet Hereafter’ (1997) by Atom Egoyan, four presenters extract the paradoxical element and put together a journey with sound, music, dance and dialogues to invite your participation.
